Aromatherapy/Therapeutic Massage

Aromatherapy involves the skilled blending of essential oils for therapeutic benefit. The oils are commonly used in conjunction with a deeply relaxing therapeutic massage, but as all treatments are tailor-made to the client other products can be made up, including creams, compresses and inhalations.

Scar Therapy

Based on a variety of scar techniques and drawn from structural integration a combination of light massage strokes are used, together with
essential oils (where appropriate) to release tight scars and adhesions, improve range of motion, appearance and texture and reduce pain and discomfort. May improve hypertrophic and keloid scars and can be used on new and old scars alike.
Scar Therapy can be used on any type of scar - surgical, injury, burn, post-radiotherapy.
Typically, improvements are seen within a couple of sessions.

Deep Oscillation Therapy

Deep Oscillation Therapy (DOT) Is a wonderful addition to bodywork. It aims to improve the outcomes from massage and MLD. It works by creating an electrostatic field via the therapists hands which has a direct action on the connective tissue. The client feels a gentle, pleasant, deep vibration in the skin and tissues beneath. The treatment can also be applied via soft pads.
DOT can help alleviate pain; reduce inflammation; help manage lymphoedema/lipoedema and reduce fibrosis in scar tissue. it can also enhance facial rejuvenation (natural facelift).
